Euro Round Up: Chelsea on Fire, Arsenal Win Again

Chelsea produced a second half masterclass to thrash Tottenham Hotspur 3-0 in the London derby EPL on Sunday.

After a 0-0 first half, Chelsea came to life in the second half at the London Stadium with Thiago Silva, Ngolo Kante and Antonio Rudiger scoring in the second half blitz.

Chelsea are unbeaten and sit on top of the log jointly with Liverpool who demolished Crystal Palace 3-0 on Satuday as Sadio Mane scored his 100th goal for his side.

Manchester United dug in to beat West Ham 2-1 as David de Gea saved a last-minute penalty. Jesse Lingard broke his former club’s side with a stunning winner. Cristiano Ronaldo had opened scoring for United.

Arsenal’s revival continued after losing their first three matches and conceded 9 goals without scoring any as they battled to a 1-0 win at Burnley.

Martin Odegaard scored a stunning freekick in the 35th minute to settle the encounter and moved to number 13.

Arsenal were rock bottom three weeks ago.

Brighton held on to win 2-1 against Leicester City while Watford won 3-1. Super Eagles striker Emmanuel Dennis scored the first goal for the Hornets.

Manchester City drew 0-0 at home to Southampton while Aston Villa ended Everton’s unbeaten run with a 3-0 win.

On Friday, Newcastle United drew 1-1 against Leeds United.
